Request Forms

Before requesting a calendar, please review the following information.

  • Calendars can be requested by any university college, academic department, university-wide program (e.g., University Libraries), or support department. If you have a website in Gato, you qualify to have a calendar in the University Events Calendar.
  • Recognized student organization will be able to list their events on the Student Organizations calendar that is managed by Student Involvement and Engagement.
  • Any event located at the LBJ Student Center may be listed on the LBJ Student Center calendar.
  • Only official university chartered student organizations qualify for their own calendar.

Please use the Request a Calendar Form to request a new calendar be created for your department.

The Request a Standalone Calendar form can be submitted by organizations which already have an existing calendar.
